Nutribuddy Shake Complete

Hey guys! Today I’m going to be talking about Nutribuddy Shake Complete, a meal replacement shake I was kindly gifted by Nutribuddy and have been trialling for the last two weeks. .I’ve been using the Nutribuddy Shake Complete now for almost two weeks and I’m really impressed. This was sent to me at a perfect time, when I started trying to lose weight and have just enlisted the help of a personal trainer! I’ve been loving this after the gym, with 400ml almond milk.

I usually have 6 scoops rather than the recommended 4 as I’m used to eating a lot in the mornings and I need the extra after a PT session. One portion is only 162 calories which really isn’t much for a meal! I’d class that more as a snack to be honest. It’s vegan, gluten free and organic, with no artificial additives. It also includes a lot of the essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The texture of this is bitty- you can taste oats and seeds in there, so it feels like more of a meal than a totally smooth drink. It reminds me a bit of Weetabix (though vanilla flavoured with a tiny hint of blueberry) in terms of taste and texture, which isn’t a complaint as I love Weetabix.Whilst I’d always choose a big bowl of porridge and a coffee if I have time in the morning, this is perfect for post gym/getting up late/those who don’t like a big breakfast.

I’ll definitely be buying the protein powder next. They also sell instant porridge, summer body kits and beautiful rose gold reuseable bottles among other things. Check out the whole range here.

Would you try this? Have you tried any of their products? Let me know in the comments!
